An encrypted version, including payment details, is sent to The GLO Bookshop for processing. In addition, an encrypted copy of the order, excluding payment details, is sent to Merlio Developments Ltd. for service monitoring and development purposes.

In the event of a problem with your order you may be contacted by The GLO Bookshop or, if the problem is system related, by Merlio Developments Ltd.
